I have been going to this clinic for approx. a year and a half now and have always been treated kindly and with patience by all the staff.There is parking right out the front, but it can get full quite quickly. However, there is usually a spot somewhere nearby if none are available right out the front. They can also get quite booked out, so they may not have same day appts. available, but this is to be expected for a clinic that bulk-bills while still maintaining a great service.Very grateful for the ongoing care of the whole team.

Called at the very last minute and the receptionist was extremely efficient and quick on the phone to get us onto the cancellation list. Thankfully an appointment became available! Very clean medical centre. The doctor we saw was very careful, and informative. Most importantly, it's bulk billed! Will be back for sure.

The receptionist Suzie is extremely rude and unprofessional. I have emailed Donna about this. She was rude over the phone and in person not just with myself but everyone she was speaking to.It such a appalling experience.

I would highly recommend that the reception staff get trained in effective communication skills, based around active listening and empathy. The information conveyed was relevant, but the lack of empathy and understanding was disappointing.

Been coming here since it opened and it’s always reliable. Wait times aren’t crazy and appointments aren’t scarce.Suzie is a gem. She’s straightforward and personable but also does her job DAMN WELL!Dr.Bhamjee is excellent also and have been seeing him for years. Always recommend

Doctor was great and caring even as a first patient there and bulk billing on public holidays saved paying an extra $90 just for a repeat prescription

Dr. Yusef Bhamjee has by far been the most helpful and caring GP i have found in the Perth area. He always listens and finds a solution that works. You would be doing yourself a favour by switching your GP.Great service!!!!!
